Aerobicise

I remember my mom working out to this video when I was a little girl. I was trying to describe it to my friend the other day but there is no way you can put this into words. I can't believe I found it on youtube. It is so amazing. Look at the visual effects, the sitar, the driving disco beat and the great leotards. Plus the chicks are actually sweaty. I mean you know this video works. I still have the VHS tape and I think I am going to get my ass in shape.



This is my new favorite summer song to walk around the city to. It will keep you going all night and all day.
